The Society for Latin American Justice (“SLAJ”), a section 501(c)(3) organization, that supports educational and research programs related to judicial reform and the promotion of other rule of law initiatives in Latin America.
SLAJ is an independent entity established to draw on contacts and goodwill of members and supporters of the Latin American community in the United States to nurture support for relevant educational and research activities undertaken in Latin America. SLAJ aims to promote judicial transparency in Latin America, and Peru in particular, and to improve public awareness of the judicial system and procedural rights.
SLAJ seeks pragmatic ways to encourage confidence in the justice system of Peru and other Latin American countries through policies that encourage transparency and reliability.
